I booked a room with 2 separate beds. I for an e-mail confirmation that this was confirmed OK through booking. When I got there I was told there’s no such room and I have to accept a single bed bedroom. Unacceptable. I was not travelling with someone with whom I could share my bed

location just off motorway. The staff member we dealt with, Justin?. very good English, very helpful with options for food, helped us order over the phone.

very little in way of food. no evening meals at the weekend unless you go to nearby buffet which is very expensive. Breakfast very limited, not even a toaster.

the location just off the motorway

they didn’t have any hot food. when we stayed before the restaurant served evening meals, including very good pizza. this time the restaurant was closed. There was an option to go to a nearby hotel for a buffet but at €25 per person for us this wasn’t an option as we only wanted a small meal. we paid to have breakfast in the morning but it was only cold items, these were ok but there wasn’t even a toaster .

Breakfast good. Location suited us - a good overnight stopping point for our journey south.

No restaurant facilities at the hotel. The Pirates burger restaurant was not what we were looking for so had to drive to find a more suitable restaurant.

Ideal for Futuroscope

Location, beds and our 2 bedroom room which was ideal for a family of 5. Staff is very kind and helpful. Plenty of parking at the back.

Breakfast a little painful as the queue builds up and the flow isn't designed well. However, one of the two days we were offered the possibility to have our breakfast in the neighboring hotel, which was faster.

had little expectation, slept well, didn't breathe inside the toilet, left well rested.

great location next to highway (for those on the road and not park visitors), reception staff friendly and helpful, very small but comfortable room, airco, relatively quiet during our stay.

smell of urine in the toilet was nasty, cleanliness is an issue, also small piece of sticky chewing gum remains on the carpet.
