Lovely one night stay

Lovely location with great views across the town to the castle. We were there during Fête de la musique, so also had the benefit of music drifting up from the main square. Clean and tidy room, cooled by a fan, and pleasant garden in which to sit. Other reviews have mentioned the dry toilet, this was totally fine and simple to use, just read the instructions! Didn't meet the owner, he was away, but we were made very welcome by his friend Vanessa who was looking after the place for him

Nothing.

The rooms are in an old shed in the back garden of a house. They smelled fusty were small and did not have flushing toilets. The host was not present and I could only speak on the phone or by text.

Friendly and welcoming owner, quiet location in town

Room comfortable, owner very friendly and lovely breakfast outside on the terrace. Super view from the garden.

Room had a slightly musty smell throughout stay. It wasn't a problem but we would have preferred to know in advance of the dry (eco) toilet. Bathroom wasn't super clean...

Below expectations

- Clean room with good bed - Quiet area - Small garden with view of the castle of Chauvigny - The historic center of Chauvigny is a fifteen minute walk away - Breakfast is rather sober (croissants, bread, marmelade en yoghurt) but typical for the region

- The car has to be parked in a street with a steep incline - Very small bathroom, though with good shower - Dry toilets (meaning you have to cover your poo with sand) - Kitchenette badly equipped (no towels or sharp knife) and unclean

La vue sur le château

Rien n’est entretenu à l’extérieur, les équipements vieux, l’espace jeux pour enfant avec la maisonnette condamnée, la balançoire tellement usé, le salon de jardin ne donne même pas envie de s’assoir, à l’intérieur le couchage de la mezzanine beaucoup trop petit et étriqué et juste 2 pauvre matelas, le petit déjeuner à l’extérieur sur des tables non entretenues avec pas beaucoup d’hygiène, les toilettes sèches qui n’étaient pas spécifié, des ampoules qui ne fonctionnait 1/2, des araignées dans le logement, logement humide , enfin rien du tout pour donner envie de rester. Vraiment déçu sur tout l’ensemble. Dommage .

Rustique mais très agréable.

Une très belle vue. Le petit déjeuner au jardin et d'excellentes mirabelles qui y poussent. La confiture maison et l'accueil de l'hôte.

Surprise par les toilettes sèches mais sans que ce soit vraiment gênant. L'extérieur gagnerait à être mieux entretenu pour être à la hauteur du site.

Etape de 2 nuits sympa et pratique

Localisation pratique avec un espace extérieur agréable malgré la chaleur. Hôtes sympathiques qui nous a partagé ses bons plans pour visites et restaurants du coin. Petit déjeuner avec confitures maison.

La rue est difficilement praticable pour un SUV, ainsi que le stationnement. Le désordre incommensurable de l'extérieur, hyper dommage. Un peu de rangement et surtout d'entretien, ce serait un coin merveilleux. Toilette sèche : il faut aimer

El baño es de arena, la mampara no cierra bien, las sábanas estaban húmedas, el propietario nos recriminó la hora viajando con niños teniendo que hacer paradas inesperadas. Nos dejó un colchón para dormir en el suelo. No tenía espacio para 5 que era la contratación
