About this house rental
Nestled in the lakeside village just outside of Interlaken, this newly renovated studio apartment with a loft is a great place to relax after a day enjoying the adventures in the Swiss Alps. Constructed in the 1800s and renovated in 2023, it is a 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop to Interlaken or Iseltwald.
We offer a cosy loft sleeping area, luxury sofa bed, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, family friendly amenities, and covered entry way.
The space
This property is half of an old Swiss farm home that was renovated and completed in 2023. There is parking and a small garden in the front, with a covered outdoor walkway to the private entrances of each of 3 accommodations. The summit studio offers a modern Swiss chalet studio feel with large mountain view windows, wood accents, and a warm feel.
The bedroom is located in a gallery loft with a LOW ceiling. It is cozy for sleeping, but not standing.
Guest access
Parking is offered for free when reserved in advance (at time of booking). It is offered on a first come, first served basis and may not always be available.
Outside of the apartment, you are welcome to lounge in the outdoor seating area in the covered porch.
Other things to note
The town of Bönigen charges a tourism tax of CHF 2.80 per adult (over 16 years old), per night. This is due in CASH ONLY upon checkout.
