Appartamento eccezionale provvisto di ogni confort. Completamente attrezzato con utensili da cucina e per cucinare. Pulito, spazioso. Bagno bellissimo. I miei figli hanno adorato i libri e i giochi lasciati da utilizzare. La posizione è l'ideale e strategica per visitare i luoghi vicini rinomati. Fermata autobus praticamente fuori dalla camera. Supermercato raggiungibile in pochi passi, aperto 24 ore su 24. Proprietaria sempre gentile e disponibile.

unica cosa che migliorerei è la possibilità di oscurare meglio la zona giorno (noi eravamo in 4 quindi in 2 dormivamo sul divano letto in soggiorno). E' presente solamente una tenda che 'oscura' poco la luce mattutina.

The washer and dryer were great. We had just traveled 10 days and needed a good facility to do our laundry. She has two large Miele machines that were perfect. I also like easy parking, family-owned facilities, clean and comfortable rooms. Location was also perfect with equal access to Interlaken as well the Lauterbrunnen Valley. This "little mountain bunny" was wonderful in all ways.

The property was otherwise pleasant, but the hot-water supply was not reliable or sufficient for four registered guests.

On the first night, after a long journey, there was not enough hot water for our family to shower normally. For the remainder of the stay, we had to shorten our showers and change our arrangements because we were worried that the hot water would run out again. My husband showered together with our young son to reduce hot-water use, and I washed my hair separately in the mornings. On the third night, the water again turned cold while my mother was showering. We also discovered that the cooking oil provided in the kitchen had expired approximately 17 months earlier. We had already used it for our first meal before noticing the expiry date. The host replaced it the following day, which we appreciated.
