Holzhaus bei Interlaken

Location was good 5 minutes drive to Interlaken OST.

Apartment was clean and well maintained and had all amenities available. Amazing experience to stay and location was also nearby. Hosts met us and guided us well very nice and friendly people.

No double bed and beds could have been better and a little bit of noise of moving traffic

A great place to stay in Interlaken. Place was clean and neat. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook. You do have to pay CHF 5 for the washing machine and CHF 2 for the dryer. Host was responsive and provided clear instructions. Even provided us with a guest card which allowed free usage of the bus in Interlaken and some discounts on attractions. location was good. Just two bus stops away from Interlaken Ost. Just need to be aware of the bus timings as only 1 bus passes by the house.

The location is good. It is clean.

All the facilities are very poor condition. The furniture bathroom, bedroom, kitchen all the facilities are so poor and old condition. There’s an old tv but no channels than some local German channels.

Nothing, maybe except the absence of a dishwasher but it is not really a problem for a holidays appartment like this. The position in Google Maps is wrong, it refers to Park Hotel, but using the address when searching bring you to the right position

Small kitchen (although still functional!)

The house is located reasonably near Interlaken East train station, easily reachable in a couple of bus stops or in about 30 mins on foot. The place is spacious, with a fully furnished kitchen, and didn't feel cramped even for a party of 5

It's close to a busy road that can be a bit noisy during the night - especially if you open the windows; however, it wasn't a major problem for us

Very helpful and friendly host who speaks good English and many other languages. Paid washer and drier are very convenient

The partition between bedroom n living room is glass with sun screen so it's see through one side. It can be a non transperant particle board for privacy. The location is far away from city centre and super markets operate for few hours only..

5min drive to Interlaken. Small supermarket nearby. Well equipped.

Googlemaps location is not correct. Beds are in one room and floor is too noisy.

spacious apartment for a group stay of about 4-5 people. has all the necessary kitchen and bathroom essentials.

Washing and drying facility is not included in the stay price.

The hostess were kind and helpful. The apartment was awesome. The bus stop only 100m away. The best stay ever during our trip. Tq for the hospitality Mem 😊❤️

the property was spacious and had basic amenities in the kitchen

-the caretaker / owner lady of the property switched off the heating every night at 10 pm and we were in peak winters staying with kids and no heating -she lied to us that the government switches off the heating until 7 am where as in other places nearby in Switzerland we had heating all night long when we complained she asked us to take two blankets and told us that electricity is very expensive in Switzerland -the heating used to never come back even at 10 am how can government have different heating timings for a country as cold as Switzerland extra service charge was taken as city tax even though it wasn’t a hotel. my kids couldn’t bathe as the whole area remained cold -she gave us good instructions about things when we checked in but never told us that we have to pay to live in the cold -the dishes were to be washed , so at the time of checkout she saw the kitchen cleaned by us and the dishes done but wanted us to even wipe them and put them back it made me feel as if I was on a roll employed by her and not on a holiday if you ever plan to visit this place don’t in winters it was bitter cold and very uncomfortable

The property was clean , very well equipped and great for a family of 4 adults and 2 kids. The hosts were very nice from the time of the booking until the day of the checkout and helped us in all ways possible! I would definitely go back for a nice trip !

The walk by the side of the road is quite dangerous if you have young children.heaters worked intermitently.Toilet light was too dim

Cosy and very accessible to the center

Near bus stop, can cook , huge home .my room view. For washing clothes need to paid separate. Need to update is not for free to use washing machine. And add the tax Xtra .

Value for money. Friendly house owner. She allows us to ise her washing machine and dryer for only CHF10 (We had almost 10kg of dirty clothes). 150 m away from bus station. 2 stops from Interlaken Ost. The bus frequency (Bus No 102) every 30 minutes.

Good to have another padestal fan at the living room.

Good location, hardly a few minutes walk from the central location in Interlaken.

Bathroom should have locks, it was really weird to stay with family and have no locks at the bathroom! Also, the property needs to have a dishwasher. No one wants to do the dishes on a small trip when we want to relax and enjoy.
