Unbeatable view for a comfortable stay!

Perfect location! I spend hours sitting on the small balcony watching the world go by. River boats and paragliders, with farm animals across the river. The studio room is comfortable with everything things you need. The host was helpful with message request.

It’s worth noting the there is no onsite car park. You must use a public pay car park 200m away. There shower is very small. If you are a large person, this could be trouble fitting in it. And the washing/dryer is a shared wash room under the unit. So other nearby units have free access so you can hear other people using the room.

The most stunning balcony view I’ve ever seen!

This place is incredible. The views look like a post card and everything is just stunning, even more so than the pictures. The place is small but perfect for 2 and has everything you need. It is a little bit out of the way from the town, but it’s 100% worth it for the views which you wouldn’t get closer to the town. If you’re happy walking it’s a lovely walk down the river. I would 100% recommend this place and would love to come back one day. Thank you so much!

Excellent.

Location was too good. Just opposite to the river front. Stay was excellent. Me and my wife enjoyed the surroundings and picturesque view. The host Juliet extended the check out time by 2 hours upon our request as we wanted to enjoy the wonderful scenic nature in the morning.

Shower Bathing area is small in size. Meant for leaner persons only. The road leading to the apartment cannot be accessed by car/cab. You need to walk leaving the vehicle in the public parking place which is chargeable. Since I reached there in the night , I found it a little difficult to find the apartment in the absence of proper lighting near the apartment.

Perfect location right on the river, a great escape from the hustle and bustle.

Location was perfect, right on the river just out of town so was quiet and relaxing. Clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Julia was easy to contact if we needed anything. Laundry was also a great addition!

The bathroom was much smaller than expected. The shower was so tiny you could hardly move in it.

The road is too rough, it was really difficult to bring luggage, the road was nightmare for backpacker, i think you must make it smoother with paving blocks...

lovely views in the day & full amenities

- Love the view in the day! Picture perfect facing a river and mountains - Full amenities available from kitchen to laundry, even have bikes and small boat if you’d like to venture around the area

- poor lightings at night, super pitch dark and scary looking at night! we checked in after sunset. upon our arrival, we couldn’t see properly the correct house to go to. suggest if can have the balcony lights or front door lights on for guest arriving after dark - toilet was very small and easily get wet due to space constraints

A magical stay like no other in Interlaken! 😍

The Boat House is so unique, i had an unforgettable time there for my BD. The apartment is a standalone unit fully equipped with everything you need during your holidays, the views from the Balcony are mesmerizing, direct on the river with the rays of sunshine lighting the entire space. I skipped the daily Hikes i planned just to sit in the Balcony enjoying the views, I couldn’t resist! Juliet who is running the place is amazing, kind and answered all my questions. It’s easy to walk to Interlaken Ost through a beautiful Path by the river. Everything about the Boat House was just amazing, i will definitely come back again! :)

Beautiful view, nice walk to town, many windows that have great sight line. Out of the way from hustle of town but quick walk. The host was responsive and great to deal with.

The location is very nice and the view is amazing. The parking place is also nearby (5 minutes walking). The communication with the host was very smooth and we got what we ask for.

The place is in general small with its bathroom being even smaller. From the provided photos you would expect a bigger place. Also it was a bit noisy since the place is close to the train.

Amazing location with amazing view and short walk to 4CHF parking. Would stay again!

Beautiful view from the porch, easy access to Interlaken OST by car, bike or by walking. The two bikes that were provided were nice to be able to ride over to check our stuff. The place was very clean when we showed up and the owners were very quick to respond with any questions we had. They also provided Avery nice booklet in English letting you know about stuff around the area and provided discount cards that seem to get money off of all activities. The parking is a very short walk to the place and you must have change in either CHF or Euros to pay for the spot.

The shower is very small, but it I was still able to make it work and I am 6’3”. It has a detachable wand to allow you to wash and rinse well. Also there is no ac, but all the windows open and there is almost always a cool breeze and the room felt great temperature wise and we were here in early July.

Stunning location and a quaint cosy little cottage. Perfect for a few days away.

Absolutely stunning location. We loved sitting out on the balcony watching the boats pass by. The path that runs alongside the cottage provided a lovely cycle into Interlaken with the bikes made available. I'm already dying to go back. Can't recommend it enough.

The shower is quite small but not a problem when it's just a few days.
