    If you’re planning a trip to NYC and want to be close to Time Square that is affordable and cheap this is the place. Granted it does have its drawbacks. 1. No elevators 2. Thin walls ( I can always hear my neighbors late at night) 3. From the 2nd floor and lower you can hear the train pass under. 4. Charging $5 per luggage for storage after checking out. 5. When first entering you have to buzz the door but you can’t even hear the alarm to know that you can open the door. So basically you get what you pay for. On a high note it’s next to Mixue , lots of boba places and 5-10 min walk from the train station

    Some rooms are pods and that is perfect for one person. The location is phenomenal. Updated bathrooms and very clean with comfortable beds. Only draw back is if you have noisy neighbors. You can hear EVERYTHING. Also, they charge you to hold your bag when you check out which is beyond ridiculous. This place charges *** a night during the busy season. I think you can hold my bag for a few hours after checkout for free. Other than that, the staff is very nice.

    We were both medically unfit and rely heavily on lifts and escalators. They gave a room on 3rd fooor with no lift access! Everyone should avoid this hotel if you’re not a fit person! Be prepared to climb narrow stairs with luggage’s! Terribly disappointed that no lift in hotel premises is NOT MENTIONED in Agoda site!
