    The Mrs and I decided to sleep in the city one Saturday and couldn't have chosen a better place. Great location, amenities and staff. Would recommend to anyone who asks.

    Location is awesome. You think wow when you walk in, but then you see lots of tlc needed. You will be charged a "Destination" fee of $40 + tax per night to cover phone, internet and access to city discounts. Something 99.9999% of people don't want or use. And, we were never given anything about city discounts. Bogus charge to make their nightly rates look good. Rooms are small, bathrooms smaller ( 1 person). No room amenities. If you want a fridge, I think charge is $50.

    We stayed for 7 days, and the lack of basic amenities was shocking. The room had no microwave, water heater, complimentary water, or coffee. Worse, a mini-refrigerator costs an unreasonable $40 USD per day. When it rained, the front desk had no guest umbrellas available. They also lacked basic conveniences like a luggage scale, and we found leftover trash from previous guests in the under-bed storage compartment. Beyond the dirty room and unwelcoming staff, safety is a major issue. Anyone can walk off the street and ride the elevators without a keycard, leaving the hotel completely unsecured. I would not recommend staying here.
