    Agoda charged 35 property fee on top of the taxes and fee but hotel collects another $35 + taxes ending up more than 40 dollars SCAM

    Although the room was tiny, it was very clean, hotel was centrally located and staff was very helpful. I would stay here again.

    The hotel is lovely and clean. Its in a fantastic location and had a great rooftop bar for food and drinks. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there were a few negatives such as they charge a “destination fee” of $35 a night. There is no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. The only channels that worked on the tv were news channels and there were no streaming services to be able to watch netflix/prime etc. Over all i had a good stay.

    This place might be fine if you book directly through them but they have been terrible. I booked a double bed room but was only provided with a single bed. My poor nephew is sleeping on the floor. Their only offer of assistance was to give us an extra blanket and pillow. Agoda has been terrible. There has been no assistance. The only answer I get is a “thank you for your patience “.
