Absolutely worth every single penny!
Where should I start? The staff were so welcoming and helpful. The gave us a room with a breath taking view. The room was better than we ever imagined, clean, well equipped and beautifully designed. Some may consider as small, but this is New York it’s part of what made this experience even better.
Lastly, the location is so amazing, you have literally everything close to you (restaurants, stores, pharmacy, souvenir shops… name it all)
I am soooooo coming back here again, and next time probably with a whole bunch of friends and families.
Civilian Hotel made my 1st experience here memorable and I will always be grateful for them!

My friend and I enjoyed our stay at the Civilian immensely! The location was fantastic and the front desk staff were all so friendly and helpful.

Such a lovely hotel, Civilian is! The location was the primary reason for my booking its but everything else was just as perfect. The hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms are fantastic (far roomier than many other reviews suggested). And, the front desk personnel were elite. Would stay here on my return in a heartbeat.

When I booked I didnt know it was a club upstairs. This made the elevators super slow and bisy. All the people going to the club upstairs use the same elevator which was super annoying. The room was extremely small and to do housekeeping it was additional charge. Overall I wouldnt recommend place.
