The rooms are small. The showers even tighter but they clean and well thought out. Beds are cozy. I had a great sleep. Location is great - port authority, times square, theater district. Staff is kind and attentive. This is a 5-story walk-up though. No elevator.

Very good experience and value for the money. The room is very clean, furniture is modern and practical, location is convenient. The downside is not having an elevator and the tight space.

Staff is honest. Iforgot my apple watch and it was still there when we came back. Clean hotel and decent size for couples. We’re coming back for Christmas!

We were both medically unfit and rely heavily on lifts and escalators. They gave a room on 3rd fooor with no lift access! Everyone should avoid this hotel if you’re not a fit person! Be prepared to climb narrow stairs with luggage’s! Terribly disappointed that no lift in hotel premises is NOT MENTIONED in Agoda site!
