    This was literally perfect for us! The location was amazing & it felt very secure and safe. The room was clean and didn't feel cramped despite being small. Every staff member we came across was super nice and helpful. 10/10 experience. Will definitely be coming back!

    We love the location of this hotel. It’s walking distance to Times Square, Penn Station, Hudson Yards, Central Park n many more. It’s a super vibrant area. There are 2 lounges for us to have free coffee 24/7. The hotel staff are really helpful. Special thanks to Andrew n Sheikh for their kind hospitality. We had an incredible stay in NYC. Will definitely stay here on our next trip.

    The subway train was literally under our bed. The shaking constantly and moving of the building every-time a train passed under us.Not only was our floor on the 4th floor there were closets rooms no space to use bathroom and take a shower. The other guest made so much noise.

    We were both medically unfit and rely heavily on lifts and escalators. They gave a room on 3rd fooor with no lift access! Everyone should avoid this hotel if you’re not a fit person! Be prepared to climb narrow stairs with luggage’s! Terribly disappointed that no lift in hotel premises is NOT MENTIONED in Agoda site!
