The receptionist was friendly and helpful. If you decide to change your mind from taking the train to the airport, they can assist with booking a privateee ride instead. Reasonably priced compared to other ride options.

Great location, subway station across the road, 23 minutes walk to Times Square or few minutes on Subway, very clean, friendly staff, great breakfast included (bagels, muffins, coffee, tea and hot chocolate).

Older property that has been updated a while ago. Room and bathroom was clean but well worn. Front desk personnel were friendly but not knowledgeable about metro, buses, or airport transfers. The included breakfast was only coffee and bagels and muffins, a real letdown. Cold drink vending machine was broken. On the upside the location was good, room was quiet, housekeeping was great, and wifi was fast. Would not stay here again.
