    Great location. Basic rooms but spacious. Elevators may be old and slow and is always full. Has luggage storage.

    The only positive thing about this hotel is the location. I’ve stayed in New York many times, and this was the first time I found cockroaches in my room. Cleanliness was poor, both in the room and common areas. The hallway carpet remained visibly dirty throughout our stay, and the room looked very different from the photos online, except for the size and beds. The service was equally disappointing, from the complete lack of response before arrival to the unfriendly, abrupt and unhelpful attitude at the front desk. Overall, a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this hotel
