    Great place to leave belongings and go explore the city. Near Times Square and stations. Good places to eat around.

    We stayed for 5 nights. The location is excellent. It was clean. The shower was very good but does spill out onto the floor. The wine hour was lovely and the water and coffee in reception was great too. The men on the door were so helpful. We were on the second floor and had to deal with some noise from outside and construction work on a neighbouring building. The bed was comfortable but pillows were not. The rooms could do with some TLC. Sockets hanging off the wall, clock on the wall has pieces broken off it, wallpaper peeling. We got engaged on the trip and I asked reception that morning could they have something in the room on our return , and that I’d be willing to pay for this. Initially she was reluctant. But then said she’d arrange something so I was happy. Unfortunately this was a bottle of sparkling water and a pack of peanuts -so that was disappointing. They did write a lovely note of congratulations though. Overall I’d recommend for location and cleanliness, and the wine!
