    Old and outdated. No water, no coffee machine, no fridge. Noisy, only two elevators. School trips and school busses blocking the way. Staff very basic, unfriendly and very never minded. When asked for the concierge I got told to google it is having all info there. Nice touch to the first impression. Lobby bathrooms are locked and the reception is always crowded and not classy at all. No assistance with bags or basic taxi booking services. Don’t book here.

    I stayed at Park Central Hotel in New York for 4 nights. After checking out, the hotel retained my security deposit. It has been over a month, and I have not received a refund. I have emailed the hotel twice, but received no response. While the stay itself was acceptable, the lack of communication regarding the deposit has been very disappointing. I hope the hotel resolves this issue promptly, and I advise future guests to be aware of potential delays in deposit refunds.

    Not clean, loud Italian school kids are everywhere. Noisy and very basic staff. Asked for the concierge and got told to use google by the receptionist at check in. Booked two nights there was no service. Rooms are falling apart. Air conditioning is loud and very old basically not possible to sleep with it on. No water on arrival, no fridge, no coffee machine. The containers of shampoo and soup is empty. Bathroom not clean. Walls full of stains. Won’t be booking here again nor would I recommend it to anyone except if you’re looking for a cheap budget hotel.
