    As a 5th time visitor to NY, this place is the best you’ll get! We checked in at 1am after a delayed flight and it was seamless. Room was excellent size for New York and the A/C in the heat was fantastic. Clean, accessible and with all the amenities needed for a great stay. The water filler was also a plus. Suggest bringing earplugs if the noise of a/c bothers you but it was great for us. Location was literally a stones throw from Times Square. For a first time explorer, look no further. For the price it can’t be beaten. The only thing we didn’t love was the additional $35 “destination fee” per night (!!) which was not disclosed in the booking process at all. Feel it would be fair to just incorporate this into the price instead. Staff were super friendly and willing to help at any time and the bag drop was useful for us too. Would definitely recommend to family and friends - we’ll return!

    We really enjoyed our 7 night stay, room was clean, comfortable, great size. Hotel was extremely well located just off Times Square, easy walking distance to many attractions, theatres and subway stations.

    Location is amazing, It is in the heart of times square. Broadway is at stones throw. One thing they can improve on is to have water filters on every floor, I was on 7th floor and had to go to 2nd floor every time I needed water.

    Front desk staff was very tuff and really not helpfull, housekeeping very good. AC in the room was very noise and you cannot stop this noise. Thanks! Magdy
