    Even though my stay was short, I was very impressed with the Edison. The room was quite spacey for NYC and the location was fantastic. I used the gym, and it had everything i needed. My wife and I will definitely stay there when we come up.

    The location is great, close to Time Square, theaters and subway stations. Great location comes with crowd, street noise and a huge waste disposal facility aside the building. We were told by the hotel staff that we would needed to bring down the stuff and check out and in again in the front desk to change a room. Suggest not staying even room no 630-650.

    The hotel is beautiful. The restaurants were awesome. The bathroom was pretty small. The staff was great with the exception of the “Quick Concierge “. I felt like I was imposing on her when I tried to get assistance. At one point after standing and waiting while she was assisting someone else, she proceeded to ignore me altogether. Should probably remove the “Quick” name.

    In this hotel (though this might just be the norm in NYC nowadays), you have to pay for basic services that should be a given: • Daytime luggage storage: It costs $1 per bag, to be paid immediately in cash. The staff is completely unhelpful—practically ready to recite the US Constitution if you dare question the policy. • The allegedly "included" breakfast: They demand an extra $6.50 if you actually want to sit down and eat it... Completely crazy. To sum it up: we experienced all the downsides of a low-cost airline while paying a fortune for the room. A highly disappointing experience that I cannot recommend
