    We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Edison New York. The location is superb—right in the heart of Manhattan and within walking distance of many major attractions, restaurants, and theaters. Our room was spacious and comfortable, easily accommodating four adults, which made our stay very enjoyable. The check-in and check-out processes were simple and efficient, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Ms. Mauzela at the front desk. She was exceptionally attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to help us resolve an issue caused by an incorrect third-party booking. Her patience, efficiency, and outstanding customer service turned a stressful situation into a smooth experience. We truly appreciate the hospitality and would definitely stay at Hotel Edison again. Highly recommended!
