Breakfast was 1 up from a soup kitchen boxes every where on the floor staff looking bored and un helpful bottom hotel room ok and clean lift is up to 20 minute wait

Excellent staff, courteous, professional & very helpful. We just laid over, so we wanted a clean, quiet & safe place to sleep. K-Town right there. We didn't take advantage of Hampton's complimentary breakfast, but even so it was a Excellent value for us.

Clean room, comfortable beds, cold air conditioner, hot water shower, hot breakfast (loved the waffle maker!), location-location-location. Best of all, most helpful staff (front desk, housekeeping, breakfast help) there is considering this is New York. Highly recommended!

This was, unfortunately, the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced. The room was dirty and lacked several basic amenities. There was no fridge or microwave, and no balcony despite it being mentioned on Agoda. The storage space was also completely inadequate for a family of four—one small cupboard was nowhere near enough for our clothes. We were travelling with two small children, and after requesting a fridge, the receptionist eventually managed to provide us. While I appreciate the effort, these are basic facilities I would expect to be available, especially for families. The breakfast experience was even more disappointing. We came down at around 8:00 AM, only to find that most of the food was already finished. The variety was extremely limited, and there wasn’t even basic bread, butter, or jam available. When we asked a staff member whether the bread would be refilled and if this was the situation every day, he said yes and told us to speak to the manager if we had an issue. He even went as far as saying, “This company sucks.” Hearing this from a member of staff was extremely unprofessional and shocking. So, please don’t be misled by the “Free Breakfast” advertised on Agoda/Booking.com. Based on our experience, there was barely any breakfast available. This entire experience was a huge letdown, particularly for a hotel carrying the Hilton brand. I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, service, facilities, and hospitality. One more point: Hilton Honors members receive complimentary bottled water, while other guests are charged $3 for a 500 ml bottle. Overall, extremely disappointed. This stay did not come close to the standard I associate with Hilton, and I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously.
