This hotel was recommended by a New Yorker friend, who had many of his relatives staying in this hotel before. The location is perfect! Just a short walk away is Macy’s! The subway is also very near. The triple share room was sufficient for us. Water pressure was good as well. We like having a microwave in our room. Our holiday ended on a prefect note because Marlyn P. managed to get for us transport to JFK airport at a good price. The rest of the staff were all very pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely be back here if I ever go New York again.

One of the best things about staying at Hilton Garden Inn New York/West 35th Street is the incredible view of the Empire State Building. Seeing this iconic landmark right from the room window felt truly special—especially at night when the tower lights up with different colors. The location is perfect, just a few steps from the Empire State Building and close to Fifth Avenue, Macy’s, and several subway lines, making it very easy to explore New York. The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious for Manhattan. After long days walking around the city, it was wonderful to come back, relax, and enjoy the skyline view with the Empire State Building standing tall right outside the window. Overall, a fantastic stay with an unforgettable New York view. Highly recommended if you want to experience the magic of Manhattan right from your room.

The room we got looks like newly renovated. We are facing Empire State Bldg and location is very close to Penn Station, Macys, subway, MSG, Emilre stage bldg, Bryant Park and times square. It is so central and walkable.

My sister and I stayed here over Christmas and it was an amazing location for shopping etc. it was near everything. Just around the corner from the Empire State Building, walking distance to Fifth Ave lights and Rockefeller Centre ice skating rink. Everything! Best of all we could blink and be at Macys in a nanosecond lol. Lifts were efficient as was the heating as it snowed whilst we were there! I would highly recommend this hotel.
