    When I checked in, I had water issues 3times a day. So I changed another room at 2am. In another room, still had water issues. Cold water was not coming well. ONLY Hot water. But all the staff, specially front woman staff was so amazing. I appreciate everything to her. She and all the satff were amazing.

    We stayed for 11 amazing nights and had such a great time! The location is good — walkable to Times Square, which made it easy. We loved the spacious room and the comfy king-sized bed. There are tons of grocery stores, great restaurants, and cool bars around the area, so you’re never short on options. Special shoutout to Jessy! Not only for her patience and help, but she’s also the sweetest.
