How friendly the staff was and the breakfast was decent. Also the view was good
The elevator wasn't up to par. The lights flickered constantly and at one point we had to walk down 29 flights of stairs because it was not in working order

We are most grateful that they accommodated early checking for us. It was a therapeutic overnight for my son who was mostly going to spent 95% in the room

Proximity to Times Square and subway was good. But definitely not the nicest street. Breakfast was decent. Rooms were ok. Stains on curtains and floors. Phone didn’t work. Safe didn’t work.
Elevator is extremely slow. Floor in elevator needs to be redone. Replace carpet in rooms with hard floor. Carpet was dirty. Stains on curtains and pillows.
