    Room was very clean. Kitchenette was amazing ! Brought food from Aldi and cooked at my suite amazing. Saved a lot of money at my stay in time square. Will definitely recommend 10/10 🔥

    This is my best go to hotel near Time Square. Close to everything, and the staff are amazing and friendly. Love them!😍❤️

    A Small place but like an apartment. Convienient forlonger stay . A block from Penn ststion. A bit walk to major attractions. Thanks a lot for allowing early check in help a lot . Very nice staffs. Hotel provide some free drinks and snacks help.

    The hotel is well-located, and the front desk staff is very friendly. The room is lovely and spacious. The kitchen is excellent, equipped with all the necessary utensils for cooking. However, the refrigerator barely cooled. I asked for it to be checked, but I was told the temperature was correct, even though the temperature remained high for a refrigerator and butter slowly melted inside. There are two major issues that mean I WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN. The most important problem is the unusable Wi-Fi. It occasionally connects, but the speed is only 0.5mb (never reaching 1mb), which only allows sending WhatsApp/iMessage texts. Additionally, it is very unstable and disconnects constantly. I called the front desk daily and was given a number for the internet service provider for several hotels. We conducted several tests, but they concluded that the Wi-Fi was simply very unstable. During checkout, they offered to move us to another room with better WiFi reception, but obviously, it was too late by then. This should have been offered during the seven days of our stay. Secondly, our length of stay entitled us to one day of housekeeping. However, on the scheduled day, we were told it would happen the next day, but it never did. We ended up staying seven nights without cleaning or fresh linens, except for one towel change. Additionally, the windows are extremely dirty, making it almost impossible to see outside. I understand they cannot be opened for safety reasons, but this makes the room feel quite confined and dark. It's worth noting that the hotel claims the Wi-Fi is "complimentary" and thus not their responsibility (this was communicated both in person and via Agoda). However, upon check-in, they charge around $120 for hotel services, which they did not deliver. Lastly, although they claim that you can request anything you need at the front desk, when I asked for an HDMI cable (since the TV only shows local channels and has no apps like Netflix) and a kettle for boiling water, neither was available. In fact, all the Google Maps reviews related to the Wi-Fi say the same thing. Unfortunately, I didn't read them before booking; otherwise, I would have chosen another place to stay. In conclusion, if you do not care about Wi-Fi and housekeeping service, it is a good place to stay. Otherwise, you should avoid it.
