I made a booking via Agoda and paid the entire amount including taxes in advance. when I arrived to the hotel, the front office lady offered me twin bed room. I refused because in my booking I clearly asked for a king bed. then after speaking to the front office manager, he said there is a room which requires cleaning and i will give it to you after an hour. Then they took 200 USD security deposit for two nights. when I wanted to check out, the front office lady charged me 90$ as destination fee for two nights since I booked through a third party agent (Agoda) which was never written in my booking. I recommend you stay away from this hotel
