    Opted to pay a bit more for a "5 Star" hotel since I knew suits would need to be done overnight, but was surprised when that service was not available. And young Gen Z clerk at check in seemed bored abd self-absorbed and offered no solution. (The next day more attentive Gen X clerk apologized and said if she had called him he would have been happy to do it himself. Too late for my need. Will go with different option next time.
