    The location of hotel is superb. Just right next to Grand Central Terminal. Frontline staff Shennon provided fantastic service . He was warm and accommodative to our request, and offered a good deal for upgrade to a suite with club access, which was such a delight providing us easy accessibility to breakfast, all day snack and drinks. Bell man was also very efficient in providing transport services .. overall a very pleasant stay . .

    Overall, my stay at Hyatt Grand Central was good, mainly because of the unbeatable location. Being right beside Grand Central made everything very convenient — transportation, restaurants, and nearby attractions were all within easy reach. It’s perfect if you want to explore New York without worrying about commuting. The room size was decent for NYC standards, which I appreciated. However, the interiors do feel a bit outdated, and some areas could use renovation. Cleanliness was acceptable, but there’s still room for improvement. Staff were generally helpful and accommodating, which made the stay smoother. Final verdict: I would recommend this hotel if location is your top priority and you plan to spend most of your time outside exploring the city. If you’re looking for a more modern or luxury hotel experience, you might want to consider other options.

    Throughout my stay, I did not require any hotel services. Unfortunately, the room’s cleanliness did not meet expectations, as there was noticeable dust and some of the furniture appeared worn. On a positive note, the reception and valet staff were outstanding. Their professionalism and exceptional service were truly appreciated. If I return in the future, it will be largely due to the excellent hospitality provided by the team.
