    Stayed here because of a deal found on Agoda and I have no real complaints. Service was great, the facility encapsulates a historic feel, check-in and -out were pretty easy, and the location to just about anything you'd ever want to do in Manhattan is amazing. My only real complaint is that there was an unexplained large stain on the window curtain in my room. In all, I'd easily stay here again.

    Pros: The staff was friendly, the room was clean. The location is very good. Cons: Some basic things in every hotel are missing. No complementary water. No coffee machine. No water kettle.

    Hidden costs on the bill, when queried the staff at reception started having an argument with me in the lobby. Not how they should be treating their guests. The restaurant is overpriced, $12 for a coffee that arrived cold. The self service tea and coffee station is not complimentary so be careful . Rooms were basic but clean . Not sure I will stay there again though
