    The Benjamin Royal Sonesta Hotel is in a great location, it is on the corner of Lexington Avenue and 50th Street. The staff are all nice and friendly and very obliging. The rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel has just gone through a huge refurbishment so everything is in immaculate condition. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Manhattan.

    The sound proof of the room is very bad. You can hear all the sounds on the street for all night. The receptionist even do nothing to help us. It is totally not worth the price

    One of my fav hotels in New York. Convenient location, great suites, very modern, comfy beds. It’s such a good choice if you want something affordable and luxurious.

    Hotel was great! Although the building is old, the entire hotel is newly renovated so you don’t need to bother about NYC pests especially if you have small children traveling with you (everything is clean and neat). Hotel restaurant is still not renovated (closed) but there’s plenty to choose in the vicinity of the hotel. Deluxe studio was very specious (32 m2) which is rare for NYC and kids can move around. Kitchenette was also very convenient for prepping some basic stuff for breakfast (e.g. oatmeal with fruits) for kids. Last but not least, location was perfect for staying in NYC, far enough from the Times Square but close to all the sights. Overall, excellent value for money for NYC.
