We have been coming here for over 10 years every time we stay in NYC, the staff is welcoming and always the same people. We love it here.
Some of the redone rooms have no closet space.

Location
Sewer smell in the hotel room coming from the bathroom & wouldn’t go away. Fan ran all night nonstop even when adjusting thermostat. The bathroom outlet didn’t work for the hair dryer. The bathroom itself had a lot of grime in the corners & the sealant around the toilet wasn’t really there. Maybe that’s why there was a sewer smell or it’s in the vents. The smell made the stay incredibly unpleasant.
