    Perfect location. People with kind warm smile. Seeing through edge windows gave us wonderful cityscape. Highly recommended.

    As others have noted, it’s a cosy room right at the center of things. Cosy as in, with both of us unpacking our suitcases there was barely any floor space left. But the proximity to Grand Central is unbeatable, we are so glad we made this choice. There is a huge lounge upstairsr to hang out if more space is needed. Staff were super friendly, even offered us the bathroom when I came back to pick up my left luggage.

    The staff is wonderful! Joshua checked us in and we can city view room booked and he gave us 2nd floor when we voiced our concern he changed it to 14th floor. Even tho there was no view meaning we were looking at a wall outside we still did enjoy our stay and the last floor terrace. Awesome hotel! Great service! Great location! Very neat and clean! Tiny rooms but very well kept. Please wipe the plastic seats tho. Would definitely stay there again!

    It was very easy to check in and arrive at the hotel. Everything was ready by the time we arrive. Overall, easy to check in and out and travelling was easy too.
