Great location and easy check-in and check-out. The room was clean and with excellent cost-benefit ratio. We didn't have any problems, so we would stay there again.
The only thing is that the bathroom is kind of transparent, so you can see the person on the other side using the toilet.

The size of the room was decent in NYC standard, and everything was clean. The location is also hard to beat too, within walking distance from lots of attractions and great restaurants in Manhattan.
Our room had a weird clicking noise from unknown source near the window, even when the HVAC was turned off, and it made it rather difficult to sleep. The next day we changed to a different room on a higher floor, only to find our that the noise was now replaced with thumping noise from the elevator shaft.
