Residence Inn by Marriott New York Manhattan/ Midtown Eastside

Perfect for anyone looking for accommodation with a kitchenette in New York, especially for a stay of several days. The kitchen allows you to eat whatever and whenever you like, while also saving money on meals, which in New York are as expensive as everything else. The service is excellent, and the front desk staff are highly professional. The location is a perfect 10, conveniently situated between the 6 subway line and Grand Central Terminal. The room and the entire property are exceptionally clean. The complimentary flavored water available 24/7 in the lobby was also greatly appreciated. The lobby itself is very comfortable and welcoming, making it a pleasant place to relax and spend some time. Breakfast is outstanding, with plenty of savory options. What makes it truly exceptional is the professionalism of Carlos and Claudia, who are friendly, wonderful, and always extremely helpful.

My only suggestion is to replace or improve the sofa-bed mattress in the quadruple room, as it is very uncomfortable. Everything else was perfect, including the mattress in the bedroom.

It's always a nice place ro stay

I liked the size of studio, really spacious for Manhattan. Also, it was very comfortable and clean. The staff were very polite and helpful - we were able to leave our bags for a few hours both on our arrival and departure days. Also, breakfast area was managed very well - no crowds, and it did not feel overwhelmed, like often happens in NY hotels.

Breakfast choices were limited but overall breakfast was OK.
