    Very disappointing experience. We booked a room with two double beds and a city view, but upon arrival, we were told it was unavailable. Instead, we received a smaller room with a different layout and no city view. The reception staff handled the situation unprofessionally. The room also had a connecting door to the neighboring room with very poor soundproofing, allowing us to clearly hear their conversations. For a Hyatt hotel, I expected much better service, comfort, and privacy. Unfortunately, the hotel failed to meet basic expectations, and I would not stay here again.

    Stayed one night, special thanks to Eve and Claudine who help us with the room and up grade! My only one comment is the bed so shaggy and uncomfortable! I end up sleeping on my back whole night. I would stay here again because of the location, price but I probably try to lied on the bed before decide which room that will I take.

    I am not satisfied because when i checked out suddenly my deposit being deducted on destination fee per day of USD40. This should have made known earlier and if i knew it i will not stay in this hotel.
