Newness! Location is absolutely perfect for exploring NYC- right in the heart of the biggest sites. The staff were unbelievably helpful and friendly too. Our room was so clean and the bed was really comfortable.

The hotel was always clean, the reception desk personal were friendly and the hotel always smelled good. We also loved the 4pm open bar they did in the lobby. Great experience.
When arriving to the room every night, we identified that the carpet was not cleaned. It was consistently full of dust and dirt.

Great hotel, newly refurbished, rooms excellent, very comfortable. Staff were so welcoming and friendly and always eager to help. Location is excellent.
