Location near transportation and attractions.
Elevator service ver slow, can have upgrading. Bathtub drain very slow and not fixed upon request.

The rooms we were given were large, quiet, comfortable, and attractively decorated - apparently a complimentary upgrade which was very much appreciated. The bed was extremely comfortable, the climate control and wifi very good. As we were traveling through Grand Central Terminal, the location was very convenient for our purposes. I ate breakfast (not included) in the hotel's restaurant; service, environment, and food were good and reasonably priced.
The lighting is atmospheric but a bit dark, in the lobby as well as the rooms.
