    The price was the cheapest option for a chain hotel, doesn't mean it's cheap, it's still at a price considered high since its located in the city. There's no fridge in the room, carpet feels disgusting and they should provide disposable slippers if they have no intentiom to change the carpet. The room smell musty due to carpet. The exhaust fan in the bathroom doesnt really work. Towel is dirty, stain in every towel, end up usimg the hand towel as a floor mat bevause it's that dirty. If tou call front desk, dont bother, they wont answer the pgone properly. We had to go down (otw to going out) to front desk to tell them the toilet seat is broken. They only said they'll have their technician to fix it. Mid day we came back to the hotel, seat is still not fixed, otw out we told front desk again about it. At night we came back and..... The technician never fixed it. The drain in the bathtub is clogged and takes time for the water to go down. The shower head, looks big but ot disperse wayer in a weird way wjere it's wide but sparse. For those wanting to wash their hair this will take time. Also the shower curtain is missing the plastic part and we had to put the the cloth one that is usually on the outside of the bathtub in the tub instead. Water goes everywhere and we'd have to dry it everytime we shower so we dont slip later in the middle of the night when we use the toilet. I was never a fan of IHG and would usuallt go with Hilton or Marriot. I didnt expect their quality has gotten even much worse now. Even though I'm a member, never again.
