Very friendly and helpful front desk staff, very clean room and bathroom, excellent bed, and quiet room on 19th floor.
The exterior entrance was very dirty/funky and crowded with things like outgoing/incoming laundry crates

A security deposit of USD 100 is charged per stay. Since I made two separate reservations, I was charged a total of USD 200 for the two stays. I was informed that these deposits would be released back to my credit card within a few days. However, I checked on June 13 and the funds had still not been returned. I already sent a message regarding this matter but have not yet received a response..I find it unreasonable that an additional security deposit is charged and that the funds are then retained for several days after the stay has ended.
