The tub was stained around the drain, and I didn't like the smell in the room.
The staff member named Barbara at the coffee shop in the lobby was very rude.

Room was clean
Very poor sound proofing between rooms. I could hear conversations and everything above quiet talking. Very very poor. Staff were grumpy. Guests were frazzled because too few staff.
