The view was amazing especially at night.
There was nothing not to like, it was crowded but it's to be expected in a big city.

It was located very close to Times Square. They offer you a free $25 food voucher which was super sweet. Staff was very friendly and helpful
The elevator was very slow on arrival. The lobby area and rugs was not hotel friendly at all
