Everything! Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean hotel; clean and spacious rooms. The price is normal. Location is great, close to anything you want to see or visit in New York.

the restaurant was non functional or rather works 2-3hrs a day in the morning. no lunch or dinner can be found.there was no bar....unlike all the claims they make on booking.com and mariott bonvoys official site. moreover the reception desk claimed it to be a 3 star property when asked about the amenities.
