Location
Breakfast was always overcrowded and the wait to open and the flood of people rushing to get food belongs in a movie. lol

Location was perfect. Checkin was simple
Rooms were tiny. Lifts were extremely slow and crowded once they did arrive. Was overcharged as well (no response yet).
