My only complaint is the sofa bed which was unbelievably uncomfortable; spent 2nd night sleeping on the couch. I hadn't anticipated such a poor level of sleeping arrangement.

This hotel was perfect for our family. Since we were traveling with children, we needed a place where we could easily prepare our own meals. The kitchen facilities made it very comfortable and convenient for us to eat in. The location was also excellent. We came from the airport by airport train and subway. After getting off the subway and following the directions, the hotel was right across the street. (Although there was no elevator at the station, so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs.) Breakfast was wonderful, and on the first morning, when we returned from breakfast, our room had already been cleaned. Everything was perfect — the staff were kind, and the hotel was quiet and peaceful. Bryant Park was nearby, and since it was February, the ice skating rink was open. We had a fantastic time there. There was occasionally a small issue with the water temperature not being properly regulated, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, because of its convenient location — allowing easy access to anywhere by subway — and its suitability for families, I highly recommend this residence for those traveling with children. If we visit again, we will definitely stay here.

The property has a great location and staff were very good & kind but the place is just too busy. Long line to check in, long line to store & retrieve baggage, and very little room in the looby to stand/wait with a family, long waits for the elevators (4 not-large elevators for 33 floors) during breakfast hours, check-in, & departure. Breakfast is a self-serve buffet and it was quite good, but it's a zoo to navigate unless you go quite early. Rooms were comfortable but showing thrir age, and one of our rooms stayed cold, no matter the temperature panel setting. If you are on your own, or your party can get up and out and through breakfast early & fast, and you can check in from 7pm onwards, it might be the place for you, but it was challenging for us having very young children.
