    We had a great deal on our stay. I was expecting a dump, but was pleasantly surprised that our room was nicer than anticipated. The bathroom was older, and the toilet handle kept getting unhinged, but overall it was a pleasant stay .

    Great location and price! So close to many tourist sites yet on a quiet street next to the Penn Club. The queen room was huge compared to other NYC hotels for that price point. As others have mentioned, it could do with a spruce up but value for money a great find. All the front desk staff very pleasant and willing to help with any issues. Other reviews complained no bar/ restaurant but you’re in the middle of Manhattan, get out and explore!

    By mistake I have selected the wrong dates and when I ask staff to support, they didn't do anything and say no rather than provide some solution to the problem
