    Location is fantastic. Staff is very helpful. All the right intentions to support customers exists but Infrastructure needs serious upgrade till then it is not value for money at all.

    Decent hotel within walking distance to Times Square. Room is a bit old but it’s nice that they serve hot and cold beverages all day long. The soda stream was dope. Great stay overall.

    I booked this hotel pretty late. I was very impressed with the service provided as well as the facilities. Most surprising was there wasn't a fridge when I checked into the hotel and I understood that some hotels don't come with a mini fridge in the room. I had purchased some yogurts and needed to refrigerate it so I went to the staff to ask if they can do it for me. They then set up a mini fridge in my room. It was really kind. I loved that I could watch tv as well as other apps. I love the little coffee/tea station at the lobby/lounge. The location is great with Chipotle, Wendy's and other food places within walking distance. Close to Bryant park and times square. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip. :)
