    I booked a stay for my son and my mother we arrived late and when we went to clean up the bathtub was clogged we asked to have it fixed someone came tried and it was not fixed properly imagine showering in a bathtub with water pooling to your mid lower leg absolutely disgusting given we paid *** a night this was ridiculous I had to shower my son on the window sill to keep him from showering in dirty water. Then upon check out I check my credit card statement to a charge of 57$ when I call they tell me it is a facility fee. Something that was not mentioned to me at ALL then to top it off I call them and they tell me to call whoever I booked and figure it out. Don’t stay here clogged tubs hidden fees never again.

    Great stay! The front desk staff and doorman were incredibly helpful and friendly. J one of the receptionists was extremely kind. Great location and close to everything too.

    Booked a room for 5, with two double beds and a single daybed. Size was fantastic and so value for money especially in midtown. The daybed was a little musty-smelling but not too bad. But what would make me visit again is the excellent service - we were very well taken care of, especially by Jenny and Sebastian. Would recommend!
