    Yes, the rooms are decorated in a very old way and I’m sure the carpets need to be replaced but the size of the rooms (especially for Manhattan) and the impeccable service by every member of the staff, overshadows any tiny issues.

    Excellent all around! Jackie was a wonderful receptionist, who offered us cold water upon arrival and was so sweet welcoming us. The room was extremely clean, and its location in midtown was perfect. The room was a little small, but still perfectly sized for my wife and I. I found this hotel to be very affordable, and will certainly look to stay here again if I am in the same area any time soon. 5 stars!

    By mistake I have selected the wrong dates and when I ask staff to support, they didn't do anything and say no rather than provide some solution to the problem
