    Clean and basic, the location for the money is what stands out for me. Minutes walking distance to Grand Central and Times Square. Also, fairly roomy for a Manhattan room. Staff was friendly and efficient.

    Outdated hotel. Elevator feels unsafe and may stop working anytime. Holes on walls. Ghosts residing in rooms.

    We came to this hotel because we read good reviews. The location is indeed very good, but that's about it. It’s an old hotel, everything is peeling, the rooms are small, the bathroom door doesn't close, and there is no option for breakfast, whether included or paid.
