Hotel was a great location for BookCon. Bed was very comfortable. Room was small but did the job. Hotel has not restaurant or bar so you need to leave for food. It’s also VERY dark when you walk in (everything is black). Needed more towels, soap and shampoo since they only give you small sample sizes in room. Toilet paper holder was broken off so we had to shove roll on piece sticking out of wall. Outdoor area was nice. Also did not hear traffic outside so that was a bonus.

Staff and room was wonderful. The only downside was the WIFI going on and off. The hotel staff they are working in it to fix the issue. Otherwise I would highly recommend this hotel for future travelers,

Great location right by time square and Everyone was great the king bed was so comfy..

Carpet was dirty. No room cleaning, always run out of shower gel/toilet paper, never refill. Constant construction work all night outside the hotel, very noisy and not soundproof. Bed is not clean, don’t recommend at all. I would avoid it at all cost
