    Staff were really nice, it was near center Manhattan and cvs and convenient store were nearby. The room were spacious and clean would recommend !

    Hotel was ok. My room shade which was dirty ngl & was broken so I couldn't enjoy the view of the city at ALL. I told staff and she said she would send someone but no one never came. but other than that it was straight.

    Worst experience ever. As soon as I arrived in the room it smelled like someone just finished waking up. Sheets and towels seemed fresh. I always have supplies to clean high touch items with me. Cannot really comment on the rest. All I can say is video tape everything as soon as you walk into the room. A few days later after I checked out of the room I noticed an unauthorized charge on my credit card. I contacted the hotel for explanation, left a voicemail message. Currently still waiting for the call back.
