Location and size of house
Invasion of privacy and spoilt our quiet weekend away as workmen arrived during our stay to do maintenance that wasnt essential and could have been done when noone was staying there . When the Air b&b host was notified he was very , rude and unhelpful .

We made the best of it. It was a good family space but definitely wouldn’t use again.
It was warm for the first few days. Comfy settees. Good space. Hot water when heating worked. Useful microwave. Netflix useful with grandchildren.
Described as well equipped kitchen?? House for 5 but 4 bowls, side plates. No toaster. No cooking trays or jugs, no tea towel, dish cloth just a grotty sponge scouter. The blinds in the bedroom let a lot of light in- not bad in winter but summer! Stripped beds last morning and was horrified at the state of the single and king size mattresses. Double mattress new. No mattress protectors which at least could be washed occasionally . Mirrors and windows very streaky so I cleaned mirrors. A few hooks on doors would be useful in bedrooms and bathrooms. No brush or anything to just tidy up with. Needs a good hoover.

Extremely dissatisfied, due to NO hot water, NO heat, NO WiFi. Very unprofessional hosts!
Nothing ! Nothing at all!
The lack of heat, hot water and WiFi meant we liked nothing because we were cold and very annoyed that the Host did not respond and fix the heating system during our stay. We spent most of the time out of the property because it was so COLD! This accommodation did not reflect the Irish Hospitality that we were expecting and had heard so much about. and left a smear on our visit/holiday.
Absolutely NOTHING! The property was accurate to the photographs, BUT, unfortunately anything good about the property was marred by the fact and from the beginning to end there was :
NO heat. The boiler did not work. (photos to prove from the appliances)
NO hot water, therefore NO hot water for showers. (photos to prove)
NO WiFi (photos to prove) and when we reported it to the Host we were told that it would be available the day AFTER!! our stay! (Which was none of our concern and a totally irrelevant response).
On an email after asking for their help, we were given another excuse, 'sorry my phone is not charging'. So in summary :
NO heat. Boiler broken - we were expected to sort it out without someone coming out to the property.
NO hot water - no hot showers!
No WiFi, had to use own network for communication purposes, and the listed flat screen TV no channels.
Let me ask!! Would you like to have paid £184.00 for 2 nights, where the facilities were broken and non existent!? Where the Host ignores phone calls, doesn't come to the property to fix the boiler, but asks the guest to look into it, by using their own 4G. as NO WiFi!! Makes excuses that their phone is not charging.
Initially we were hopeful that somehow Booking.com would come to our rescue but we got NO assistance from their services. They gave us the Host's telephone number to get into the property. We got the key code, and that was it! Nothing else. The Host/lady on the phone told us NOT to use this phone number! So it was a broken boiler, no hot water, no wife and no telephone number. We tried calling at different times of the day hoping that they would understand our dilemma. It was our holiday break which turned out to be a nightmare. Stressful and cold and unsupported by Host and Booking.com. We even sent photos to keep Booking.com up to date with the lack of facilities, which are listed on the property booking.
A complete refund is required and compensation for a spoiled holiday.
