Where do I start just everything WOW. Sqabrina the host went out of her way to made our stay wonderful. My husband and me visited for the Manx Rally, Sabrina even opened earlier for us for breakfast although normal breakfast times were from 8.30.Plenty of tea and coffee supplies in room along with a cup to go which could be filled with your breakfast. Since our ferry was very early Sabrina supplied us with flabjacks to go were left in the doorway. If we wanted anything during our stay beyond the normal cleaning, changing towels or sheets and filling the tea, coffee supplies you only had to ask for change or refills. The location was easy access to shops and bars along the sea front. Could not fault anything. Sabrina made sure we had everything that we needed nothing was to much trouble. Would definately stay there again, our first choice. Thank you very much.

You couldn't get a better location as you look straight our over Douglas Bay in the front rooms, I was in room 10 which is at the back to one side, but high enough to look over the shop roofs to see the harbour, beach and obviously the sea.
Very modern facilities, lights around the mirrors, two bedside lamps both sides and exceptionally clean. It is a climb up the stairs if on top level, but just be sure to request a lower level room if thats a problem. The good thing with being higher is its quiet, but your also far enough from town too, easily within walking distance of both MER, or Horse Tram, or walk the other way into town.
The staff / owners are brilliant, nothing is to much trouble, food/ breakfast is plentiful without being to much, I'm also Ceoliac and Sebrina went out of her way to ensure everything was sorted along with getting the chef in that little bit earlier to sort my breakfast so I could get to the office.
I will definitely be staying again
Personally the stairs, but that is my issue as I should have requested a lower level room

what can we say except WOW! we had a gorgeous stay here for 1 night in the ballaglass glen room. all exceptional in every respect. modern and bright decor. room has a bay window with seating which we totally enjoyed relaxing in evening and morning before heading out. there is a large screen smart tv and sofa, walk in shower, king size comfortable bed. walk in wardrobe/room. plenty of storage space for clothing bags etc.
we based ourselves here then headed into douglas town centre for walk drinks etc, then had a meal at Aura indian (excellent restaurant) next door then finished the night off at palace hotel casino for a bit of gambling, more drinks and pool. fab short weekend break. finally topped of with full breakfast in sugarbush cafe all included in room price. thank you Sabrina & staff for your lovely welcome. we will be back for longer stay very soon Brian & Michelle.
