Location was okay plenty of places to eat and drink nearby
Next door to a Wetherspoons so was extremely noisy especially on Saturday night when England match had played having sea view room didn’t get much sleep also didn’t like the breakfast eggs !! Overdone !!

Building and facilities are a bit dated, especially the sash windows which let in a lot of noise

It was close to everything staff lovely
Nothing apart from our view of building work but we didn’t mention anything as we was to busy enjoying ourselves

Breakfast choice was good. Nicely refurbished area, staff were friendly. Room was a good size, great view
Room is a bit dated, not really’boutique’. The shower wasn’t great. Water pressure based and would slow or stop completely mid shower.
