A Great Welcome...! Breakfast was excellent, consistent, and fun interacting with other guests and staff. Location was, for us, very convenient, realistic walk to the MER or railway stations, convenient bus stops when more tired! Steve is a very interesting and accommodating host.
The room was a little 'compact' for three of us, but satisfactory. The bathroom was rather cramped, especially the shower, but might be helped by, say a small shelf above the washbasin to put specs etc while washing. Also some hooks for outdoor coats and some towel rails would have been helpful to hang up damp towels. Didn't really use the drawers or wardrobe, which take up a lot of space!

Breakfast was really good. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Access to parking, which is beyond the control of the Guest House. Residents of the nearby buildings could be noisy too.
