High quality comfortable environment. Better than what you'd usually expect from a hostel. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and it's a good size for the size of the hostel.

Lack of staff, everything is set up with codes, which made it trickier to get advice. Any real queries were dealt with via email and the owner visiting, but I always find it helpful when staff are present to ask for recommendations and bits of advice for the area, this doesn't work so well via messages. Also meant remembering 3 separate codes to get around the hostel. The kitchen could do with new knives; there was only one suitable for chopping, and it was very blunt.

Very friendly,,with all facilities as required. Great place to meet fellow travellers. Well appointed Kitchen with tea/ coffee , tv, and ensuite in my four bed room. Great place for a family to stay.

Clean and modern.

Big tub of empty beer and spirit bottles by the gate didn't give a good first impression. The kitchen isn't accessible between 11am and 7am. I was in a room on the ground floor which is quite noisy from people coming and going through the main door and up/down the stairs quite late. No other communal area. If you can't sleep or get woken up between 11pm and 7am you've no choice but to lay in bed counting down the hours until you can make a cup of tea/coffee Could do with a sign directing to the kitchen, it's upstairs.
