This is a hotel worth staying at again.

The hotel owner manages everything with great care and has spent a lot of time decorating and arranging every corner of the property. The lady in charge of housekeeping is also warm and attentive. As a result, the hotel provides a quiet, comfortable, and clean environment. During my stay, the hotel also added some convenient kitchen appliances, which saved me a lot of time when cooking. That I truly appreciate.

Maybe my experience was a bit strange just bc theres was like no one there, just me and one little old lady in my room for 4 nights. So felt a bit empty. But it was a really nice place.

Incredibly rude and difficult staff, but good facilities and location.

Nice central location, clean kitchen, and cozy bed.

Unbelievably rude staff with zero respect for guests. Difficult check in and problems with door access codes at times.

Sleepless

Clean and modern.

Big tub of empty beer and spirit bottles by the gate didn't give a good first impression. The kitchen isn't accessible between 11am and 7am. I was in a room on the ground floor which is quite noisy from people coming and going through the main door and up/down the stairs quite late. No other communal area. If you can't sleep or get woken up between 11pm and 7am you've no choice but to lay in bed counting down the hours until you can make a cup of tea/coffee Could do with a sign directing to the kitchen, it's upstairs.

location was great for bus services and a loxal tesco express. super clean kitchen and bathroom.

seating in kitchen is somewhat basic

location was good. Owner was too cooperative

1) No lockers for individual bed for valuables. 2) No comfortable chairs for sitting. 3) No area for Laptop usage. coz we can't use laptop in bunk bed.

The Best Place For Your Stay In Douglas!

Nelly was amazing. She even upgraded my dorm room to a private room, which I was most appreciative of, as i wasn't feeling all that well. The hostel is spotlessly clean, very well maintained, a short walk from the Promenade and it's easy to get into town. The kitchen has everything you need to cook your meals. Security is also top notch and I felt very safe here. I'll definitely be back. 10/10😊

Tidy , and everything as described. Good access and communication.

The room was entered while we we're away and our belongings put away which didn't sit well with us and prices very high but it was TT week so we we're happy to pay.
