Great location, tastefully decorated rooms, cozy. Friendly staff. Full English breakfast.
There was noise in a nearby pub or bar until 3 a.m. I could hear it with the window open, but it was a bank holiday weekend, plus there was a race going on. To be expected.

Very clean , good location , friendly staff , unfortunately we were in room 103 ,the room smelled stale but the worst thing was the smell of bad drains that was coming from the bathroom making it pretty unbearable , left the window open but the smell was pretty horrendous.

The hotel is well located, about 9 min walk from Ferry point.
Staff at Reception and at Breakfast are very pleasant and helpful, specially Michelle.
Breakfast is very good.
Room and bathroom is clean. Hot water is available.
I recommend staying at ChesterHouse, Isle of Man.
